About the role:

We are seeking someone with a strong background in floristry and leadership.

Reporting to the Floristry Coordinator, your influence in driving the leadership of the state-based floristry team will be paramount to the efficiency of our Perth operations.

This role is an onsite permanent part time position (Malaga location), with working hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00am till 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Creating beautiful arrangements daily in line with our aesthetics, standards, and KPIs

·      Supporting the Floristry Coordinator with trialling and training of new florists

·      Being the second point of contact for all Florists, or first point when Floristry Coordinator is on leave

·       Supporting the Floristry Coordinator with count in of stock and stock rotation, and being responsible for this in absence of the Floristry Coordinator

·       Maintaining a clean and organised floristry area

·       Wrapping and packing posies for daily dispatch if requested

·       Supporting and leading the health of safety requirements of our floristry operations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·       Minimum of Certificate 3 in Floristry

·       Strong leadership skills

·       Great initiative

·       Minimum 1-year current experience overseeing a small to medium-sized team

·       Minimum 2 years current experience as a florist

·       Excellent organisational skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
