About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Brand Manager to join our team located at our head office in Osborne Park. In this key role, you will be instrumental in shaping WA Country Builders brand's presence throughout the regions (Mid-West, Perth & Greater Perth, South West and Great Southern) and ensuring all marketing efforts align with our strategic vision.
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence and reputation across WA. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you will lead the execution of brand and retail campaigns, and play a vital role in our ongoing success.
What You'll Do
- Brand Strategy & Campaigns: Work alongside our marketing leadership to develop, execute, and report on brand, PR, and sales-focused campaigns. You will manage brand budgets, optimise for return on investment (ROI), and conduct competitor analysis specific to the WA building industry.
- Brand Advocacy: You will be a dedicated advocate for the WA Country Builders brand, ensuring a strong alignment with our values in all communications and initiatives. This includes having robust conversations to protect and champion the brand's integrity when necessary.
- Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with JWH Group centralised marketing team, Head of Marketing and Head of Digital. You will also work alongside the WA Country Builders General Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Managers, and other team members to ensure all brand activities are aligned and executed effectively.
- Content & Creative Management: Oversee the creation of all brand materials, including client guides, brochures, and promotional collateral. You will brief our creative and digital teams, coordinate photography and videography, and ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Media & Public Relations: Drive our public relations strategy, manage media relationships, and assist with enquiries and press releases. You will also be responsible for generating ideas and managing editorial content for various publications, including industry-specific magazines and local newspapers.
- Sponsorships & Community Engagement: Engage and build relationships with community groups and organisations to maximise our sponsorship investments and foster a positive brand image across the State.
- Digital & Data Management: Handle website content management system (CMS) updates for new home designs and display homes. You will also manage data within our customer relationship management (CRM) system, create content for paid digital channels, and track campaign performance.
- Operational Excellence: Track and report on marketing performance, manage budgets, and approve invoices. You'll also be responsible for briefing and prioritising internal job requests to ensure smooth workflows.
What You'll Bring
- Proven Experience: A strong track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement, ideally within the construction or related industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with website CMS (preferably WordPress) and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Monday.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure all materials are on-brand and meet high-quality standards.
Travel
This role requires regular (bi-monthly or quarterly) travel to our regional offices and events. Travel expenses, including accommodation and transport, will be covered by the company.
