I recently visited their brand, spanking new offices in the CBD (which were honestly, so nice) and this is what I observed:

  • Sitting in the brand new offices in the Sydney CBD, I felt an electric buzz. The kind you feel when everyone is loving their environment, showing up and doing their best work, and feeding off each others enthusiasm for the work
  • An employee initiated pool comp was cranking along in the background, getting to the pointy end of things it seemed
  • Even the sparkling water in small individual bottles was chilled to perfection
  • I don't know, this felt like a place I'd love to work and a place others would love to be invited in to
  • I me quite a few people in my passings, and each welcomed me with a warm engagement. Trust me, this place has something unique.

I'm trying to work out why this place above all others has this kind of electricity? What makes this place special?

  • Maybe it's because they are delivering some of Sydney's greatest projects, not just the pure contaminated sites work but also innovative technical and digital solutions to go with it?
  • Maybe it's a healthy appreciation for protecting margins on projects that has seen their environment thrive and prosper?
  • Maybe its allowing staff at all levels have valuable inputs and a voice even with the CEO and National team, despite only a few years of experience?

The Role:

This position bridges the gap between the Seniors & Principals, confidently Leadering projects end to end, mentoring Juniors & beginning a path towards leadership.

Projects are a diverse mix across: Oil and Gas, Transport Infrastructure, Power, Renewables, Government, Expert Witness & Legal Advisory.

They have a full pipeline & like to keep their people on the tyopes of projects of interest. If you gravitate to a certain area, they will put you on projects in that space.

Experience:

8+ years is the sweet spot.

  • Senior Consultant, Project Manage portfolio of industrial clients - $120k+
  • Senior Project Manager, lead $1m+ CLM projects - $120k+
  • Principal Environmental Scientist, Technical Director or Client Lead - $250k+
