Property Management – Business Development Manager
The Harcourts Solutions Group is searching for a Property Management Business Developer. If you are an experienced Business Development Manager or have experience in the Real Estate Industry in sales or property management, this role presents a salary-based opportunity with a generous bonus structure.
Our Business Development team are supported by a dedicated new business Leasing Agent and Executive Assistant so you can focus on what you do best – drive organic rent role growth by fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new landlords.
You will join our state-of-the-art, flagship Windsor Office on Brisbane's inner-north side.
Our property management team are award-winning, industry leading, fast paced, passionate and professional. With a growing team of 32 members fulfilling a variety of Property Management roles, the Harcourts Solutions Group is dedicated to providing a best-in-class customer experience for both our Landlords and Tenants.
Your role will be critically important to ensure the organic growth of the business – one of Brisbane's largest privately owned rent rolls.
This exciting new role will require:
- A super star driven by the desire to grow and improve
- A team player who is results driven and a self-starter
- Knowledge of the Residential Real Estate Industry and Property Management
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration or License with the OFT
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You will be supported by:
An industry known and respected Property Management Director committed to the success and happiness of the team and Solutions customers
Access to a large, warm database of Investor leads, additional opportunities driven by one of Brisbane Northsides' largest sales teams and in-house mortgage broking team – Vision Money
Systems, structure and tech platforms to drive efficiencies and growth potential
Remuneration:
Base salary + bonus structure
Company car + mobile + tech supplies
