Stratco is looking for bright and talented individuals who have a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude to join our team as future managers. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company. The retail management trainee programme is aimed at giving you both specialised and general experience across our business to give you the knowledge and skills required to develop a professional career and eventually manage a unique retail store environment.

About the opportunity

In addition to specific training and experiences, you will spend time engaged as a Stratco retail team member. Rest assured, our retail environment isn't just a "standard" role - you'll be trained in providing bespoke, unique patio, carport and veranda designs to customers, incorporating engineering designs and 3D schematics.
