400 Gradi is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader to join our team

This role is a casual or part-time role for hospitality professionals who want to build a long-term career with us by joining our busy, vibrant team at our Eastlands location.

Required

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory hospitality role
  • RSA certification
  • Immediate start
  • Must be available for Friday and Saturday shifts (essential)

Salary

  • (RIA Award, Level 4)
  • Part-time: $28.12 / hour
  • Casual Award: $35.15 / hour
  • 20–30 hours weekly (approx. 4–5 shifts)

Location – Eastland shopping centre, VIC

The Restaurant Supervisor role

This is a hands-on and leadership-focused position.

You'll be responsible for supervising the front-of-house team, managing customer experience, assisting training, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Applicants must show strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude.

Italian cuisine knowledge is a plus, but full training will be provided.

You will need

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory hospitality role
  • RSA certification
  • Availability for Friday & Saturday shifts (essential), plus flexibility for other shifts as required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
