The Fish and Burger Co x Yo-Lo Frozen Yoghurt and Acai is the hottest new foodie destination Serving the tastiest burgers and freshest seafood in Melbourne. Pair this with our house made frozen yoghurt and acai, you have a match made in heaven Reopening early February with a fresh new look and new Fro yo addition, to The Fish & Burger Co, come and join our team.

We are looking for a full time Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality to join our team. With plans to expand our ever growing brand, this is a rare opportunity to land a Management role within our company.

**You will need to demonstrate**:

- A genuine passion and energy to lead and develop a team
- A stable work history
- A desire to be developed
- Experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role
- An ability to consistently drive your team to deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness
- A proven ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.

**As Restaurant Supervisor your main areas of focus will be**:

- Quality and Service
- ensuring FOH service is maintained to a high standard
- Ensuring growth of total gross profit
- Customer average spend
- Management of HR systems.
