About the role

As our Sales Strategy Manager, you'll be at the heart of high-impact decision-making—collaborating with our senior leadership, sales, and product teams to craft and drive bold strategies that fuel growth, outpace the market, and bring our business goals to life.

Main responsibilities of this role will be:

Sales Strategy Development & Execution


• Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve sales targets.


• Align sales objectives with broader business goals and market trends.


• Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets.


• Develop pricing, incentives, and promotional strategies to optimize sales results.

Performance Management & KPIs


• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for model lines and dealerships.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.

Dealer Network & Relationship Management


• Collaborate with franchise dealerships to improve sales performance.


• Develop training and best practices to enhance dealer capabilities.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams


• Work closely with product, finance, and marketing teams to align sales strategies.


• Support the launch of new models with tailored sales approaches.

Skills and Experience:


• Ability to develop long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.


• Strong commercial awareness, particularly in the automotive market.


• Experience setting and tracking KPIs, sales targets, and forecasting.


• Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor insights to drive decision-making.


• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence dealerships to align with brand strategy.


• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, product) to drive performance.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence senior management and dealers

  • 5 years in automotive sales, sales strategy, or retail performance roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimising dealership networks.
  • Background in franchise operations, sales training, and dealer engagement.
