This is full time position ( 5 days) that requires availability on weekdays, weekends, late night trading hours.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and fashion-conscious individual to join our Newcastle-based retail team. If you're passionate about style, enjoy connecting with people, and want to build your skills in a dynamic, heritage brand, this is a rare opportunity to learn from the best.

We don't have KPI's or budgets as we want to create great experience for our customers and don't want our team feeling pressured to make a sale. We are focused on delivered exceptional service and the perfect fit.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll help customers find their perfect outfit, style clients for special occasions, and gain exposure to many aspects of the fashion and retail industry, including:

  • Merchandising and visual presentation
  • Buying and stock management
  • Formal hire and event styling
  • Tailoring and alterations

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who has a strong retail background (suiting or fashion retail highly regarded)
  • A great eye for detail and fit
  • Strong organisational skills
  • exceptional customer service -providing a welcoming and unique customer service experience for our customers
  • Confidence in styling clients for weddings, events and professional wear
  • Availability to 5 days per week (weekends essential)
