We're looking for the right person to build out our Construction division in the role of Construction Manager.

With your education and experience in Construction Management or relevant experience in a trade plus construction administration qualifications, you'll be overseeing a growing team of in-house construction professionals and be confident to lead, manage, mentor and motivate staff and contractors.

You understand the big picture, and you'll work closely with the Managing Director to look for opportunities and drive new business.

What you'll bring

·       Minimum of 5+ years industry experience

·       Trade background essential

·       Construction Estimating and Contracts experience

·       Strong work ethic and time management skills

·       Creating new business opportunities

·       Strong communication, stakeholder management skills and client relationships

·       Tech savvy – Microsoft Office365, Excel and Procore Construction Management Procore (or similar)

·       Manual driver's license with no restrictions

·       Able to provide a current Police Clearance
