Shape the future of flexible workspaces as a Community Lead
Workspace365 is a premium, 100% Australian-owned coworking and serviced office provider with standout locations across Sydney and Brisbane. From prime CBD centres to scenic coastal spots, we design flexible, high-end workspaces that empower modern businesses to grow, connect and thrive.
Due to exciting internal growth, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and people-focused Community Lead to join our Brisbane team. If you're someone who loves building relationships, solving problems and creating exceptional customer experiences, this could be your next big step.
In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will play a key part in delivering high-level service to our members. You'll manage client relationships, support smooth day-to-day operations, and help build a strong and connected business community.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the primary point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience
- Build strong relationships with clients from a variety of industries and backgrounds
- Manage member onboarding, licence renewals, and daily queries with efficiency and care
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering orders, AV setup and room presentation
- Generate and manage invoices, track payments, and handle billing enquiries
- Assist the sales team with walk-in tours, proposals and CRM updates
- Maintain presentation standards across the Centre and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Work closely with the General Manager and Space Lead to continuously improve the member experience
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in client services, office administration, coworking or hospitality
- Communicates confidently and clearly, both in writing and face-to-face
- Is highly organised, solutions-oriented and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a small, supportive team
- Has experience using platforms like HubSpot, or is keen to learn
- Brings a proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
Why you'll love working with us:
- Join a collaborative, high-performing team that values your contribution
- Enjoy beautifully designed, A-grade offices in a central CBD location
- Take part in regular team dinners, events and a supportive workplace culture
- Access career growth opportunities and gain broad experience across business operations
- Enjoy staff perks through our employee engagement platform
If you're passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences and ready to grow your career with a leading flexible workspace provider, we'd love to hear from you.
Please apply via Seek only. Alternatively, feel free to connect with the hiring manager via LinkedIn:
Be sure to include a cover letter outlining why you're the perfect fit for this role and our industry. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. We kindly ask that no phone calls or direct emails be made regarding this role.
