Operations and Community Lead – Tank Stream Labs
Location: Sydney (Tank Stream Suites) | Type: Full-time
Tank Stream Labs is seeking an Operations and Community Lead to help drive excellence across Tank Stream Labs and Tank Stream Suites. This hands-on role blends community engagement, operations, and leadership while supporting our Chief Operating Officer to ensure every location delivers a premium experience for our members.
You will be the on-site representative for one of our Suites locations, supporting members day-to-day, managing facilities, coordinating team operations, and maintaining the high standards our spaces are known for.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations and member experience at your assigned location.
- Support and guide community team members to ensure operational consistency.
- Oversee onboarding, maintenance coordination, and supplier management.
- Assist the Chief Operating Officer with process improvements and cross-site initiatives.
- Uphold compliance, safety, and aesthetic standards across all spaces.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations, community management, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Confident multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Professional and approachable, with a passion for member experience.
