Product Manager – People

We're searching for an experienced Product Manager with proven HR and Payroll expertise to take charge of a next-generation workforce and payroll platform. This is a role where your insight and leadership will shape the systems that thousands of people rely on every day.
As the driving force behind product vision and delivery, you'll lead a cross-functional team, engage with clients and stakeholders, and translate market needs into powerful, intuitive solutions. You'll bring clarity, strategy, and inspiration to every stage of the product lifecycle—helping to deliver innovation that makes a real difference.
What you'll do:
- Define and own the roadmap for a cloud-native People & Payroll solution.
- Lead and mentor a collaborative team of product specialists and analysts.
- Partner with clients, engineering, and business leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency in HR and Payroll technology.
What we're looking for:
- Proven Product Manager experience in HR/Payroll systems
(SaaS, HCM, or ERP). - Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence at every level.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering products that succeed in market.
- Hands-on experience bridging business and technology with confidence.
