We are currently seeking an experienced Fabrication Draftsman to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the production process — preparing accurate technical drawings and documentation for a variety of metal fabrication and laser cutting projects. You'll work closely with both our workshop team and customers to ensure all designs are practical, precise, and compliant with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for fabrication and laser cutting
  • Liaise with customers and workshop staff to clarify design requirements
  • Ensure drawings meet fabrication standards and specifications
  • Support production with job preparation and technical problem-solving
  • Contribute to workflow efficiency and continuous improvement

About You

  • Experience in drafting within the metal fabrication or steel industry
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
