Draftsperson

We are currently seeking an **experienced Fabrication Draftsman** to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the production process — preparing accurate technical drawings and documentation for a variety of metal fabrication and laser cutting projects. You’ll work closely with both our workshop team and customers to ensure all designs are practical, precise, and compliant with project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for fabrication and laser cutting
- Liaise with customers and workshop staff to clarify design requirements
- Ensure drawings meet fabrication standards and specifications
- Support production with job preparation and technical problem-solving
- Contribute to workflow efficiency and continuous improvement

**About You**
- Experience in drafting within the metal fabrication or steel industry
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
