We're currently seeking experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Managers to lead our vibrant services in High Wycombe, Rossmoyne Rehoboth, Bertram, and Wungong.


About the Role

As a Centre Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations and overall success of your OSHC service — combining leadership, administration, and relationship-building in a fun and rewarding environment.

You'll lead a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality programs that inspire, educate, and engage children before school, after school, and during school holidays.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service
  • Support, mentor, and inspire a team of educators
  • Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate programs
  • Build strong relationships with families, schools, and the wider community
  • Ensure compliance with the NQF, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
  • Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets, and service administration

About You

You're a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy, professionalism, and care to everything you do.

You'll Have:

  • A valid Western Australian Working With Children Check
  • Proven leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood settings
  • A relevant qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (highly desired)
  • A National Coordinated Criminal History Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong knowledge of the NQF and My Time, Our Place framework
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A fun, vibrant personality with a positive attitude
  • Rights to work in Australia

Current (or willing to obtain after hiring):

  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Mandatory Child Protection Training
  • National Coordinated Criminal History Clearance Certificate

Most certifications can be obtained after hiring, providing flexibility for suitable candidates.
