Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Centre Manager, located in Western Australia, Australia. The Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing programs, liaising with families, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring the highest standards of care. The Centre Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere among staff, children, and families.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing childcare programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and health and safety standards
  • Ability to manage staff and create a positive team culture
  • Experience in the childcare industry is a plus
  • Relevant Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields
