We're growing and restructuring MGMG, and we're looking for a 
hands-on team leader

to help take the business to the next level.

About the Role

You'll lead our demolition and rubbish removal jobs — working on the tools, managing small crews, and keeping projects on track. When we don't have demolition work on, you'll help grow our rubbish removal division by collecting loads, driving the truck to the tip, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and work alongside the crew on demo jobs
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
  • Drive the company truck (MR or HR licence required)
  • Collect and dispose of rubbish loads
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and organised
  • Work with management to grow the rubbish removal side of the business
  • Help improve systems, efficiency, and teamwork as MGMG expands

Requirements

  • Current 
    MR or HR Truck Licence
  • Strong hands-on experience in demolition or construction
  • Can-do attitude and leadership mindset
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and a good communicator
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
