Full Job Description

Digital Production Assistant with customer service, some graphic design experience and a great attitude.

This is an all-rounder position involving liaising with customers both in-person and over email/phone, quoting jobs, setting up files for print (pre-press), some graphic design work, running a variety of digital print machines and finishing equipment such as a guillotine, booklet maker, wire binder, scoring/folding machines and more.

The successful applicant must have:


• A good command of written and spoken English and be able to communicate professionally with clients to interpret their needs.

• Ability to work in the Adobe Creative suite to complete Graphic Design work such as taking a customers logo and laying out a variety of print materials like business cards, flyers, posters etc.

• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to learn quickly, be flexible and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
