About the role

Pragma is seeking a highly skilled Signage Vinyl Graphics & Digital Print Operator (wide format) to join our dynamic team in Mulgrave, VIC. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in the production and manufacturing of high-quality signage and graphics using the latest wide-format printing technology.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and maintain wide-format digital printer and laminator equipment to produce a variety of signage and other large-format graphics
  • Prepare digital files for printing, including colour management, resizing and layout
  • Perform vinyl cutting, weeding, and application for signage and graphics
  • Ensure finished products meet quality standards and client specifications
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise workflows
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Manage and order print and vinyl stock

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating wide-format digital printers and vinyl cutters
  • Proficient in the use of popular design and print production software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
  • High organisational skills and capable of handling multiple jobs at the same time
