About The Role
Our Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and executing innovative design solutions that clearly communicate our company's vision and brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across multiple channels. A strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends are essential to success in this role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensuring system and processes are geared towards the most effective and efficient production, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design & studio capabilities
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs and other brand assets
- Collaborate with marketing and other design team members to align design strategies & artworks from the creative briefs
- Ability to take the lead on creative & design projects as assigned
- Develop creative concepts and execute artworks maintaining brand consistency for all IPA brands in a timely manner
- Prepare and proofread final artworks for print and digital artworks
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and animation projects and a high level of creativity and innovation
- 5+ years as a designer
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat AfterEffects)
- Basic to intermediate skills in animation
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout design
- Experience in print and digital media, including but not limited to catalogue layout design, marketing & store POS (posters, brochures, wobblers, etc), social media graphics, EDMs, web graphics, social media and web animation
