About the Role
As Spa Manager, you will lead Park Club Health & Day Spa with a deep commitment to excellence and strategic acumen. Through your talented team, you will deliver an exceptional wellness experience, overseeing operations to deliver unparalleled guest satisfaction while driving profitability and brand prestige in alignment with Hyatt's operational standards.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and fitness centre, ensuring seamless guest journeys and flawless service delivery.
- Lead and inspire a team of wellness professionals to deliver personalised, elevated guest experiences.
- Drive commercial success by optimizing membership growth, spa treatment yield, and luxury retail performance.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to position Park Club Health & Day Spa as Melbourne's most exclusive wellness destination.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to maintain an immaculate, tranquil, and safe environment.
- Champion a culture of care, respect, and professional growth for all colleagues
What you bring to the role
- A degree or diploma in Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, or Massage Therapy.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a luxury spa or wellness environment.
- Strong business acumen with proven success in driving revenue, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
- A leader who empowers teams to excel and deliver exceptional service.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality and an unwavering commitment to guest well-being.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
