Join our collaborative Sutherland based team as a Marketing & Proposals Coordinator and help us win work while elevating our brand presence.

You will be responsible for:

Tender Coordination

  • Manage the Tenders Work in Progress Calendar, allocating and tracking tasks across the team
  • Compile high-quality EOIs, capability statements, proposals, and presentations
  • Review RFPs, cross-check submissions, and prepare briefs for graphic design
  • Maintain up-to-date bios, case studies, testimonials, and photography

Tender Processes

  • Follow up on EOIs and tenders, track bids, and provide data insights to senior management
  • Implement process improvements to boost revenue and reduce costs
  • Apply for new panel opportunities and maintain current panel listings

Marketing Assistance

  • Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials
  • Maintain website content and contribute to social media platforms
  • Stay across industry trends and build strong supplier/client relationships
  • Organise internal and external social events

About You:

  • You're a confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Intermediate experience with Synergy Practice Management and Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and social media marketing (or a willingness to learn)
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit

We enjoy Monthly ADO's and as voted by the JN team, we work to a hybrid work model of 3 days in the Sutherland office, 2 days' work from home.
