Step into the world of property management as a Property Management Associate and gain hands-on experience across every stage of the property management journey. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our team, supporting our Property Managers while building the skills and knowledge to advance your career.

This role has a great balance of office and field work, you'll be on the road, out visiting properties, and enjoying the fresh air, whilst being supported every step of the way with structured training, mentoring from experienced professionals, and a clear pathway to becoming a Property Manager.

About the role

  • Hold open inspections and private viewings
  • Assist in managing tenancy applications and leasing communication
  • Complete detailed routine inspections
  • Complete new business handover inspections
  • Relief management of portfolios when a Property Manager is on leave

Be trained on

  • Tenant and landlord communication
  • Property inspections
  • Tenancy legislation
  • Leasing processes
  • Maintenance coordination

  • Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new systems

Requirements

  • South Australian Property Management Registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • Police clearance
  • Drivers licence

Salary package

Competitive base salary reflective of experience, complemented by a generous bonus program.
