pathologist to join a dynamic team and make a difference.
Position:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to help clients enhance their communication
abilities. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment
plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed assessments of clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
•
Develop personalized therapy plans to address individual client needs and goals.
•
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' communication skills.
•
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
•
Educate clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
•
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with industry standards.
•
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in speech pathology
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
•
Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
•
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in speech pathology.
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•
Compassionate approach with a strong focus on client-centered care.
•
Proficiency in relevant assessment and therapy tools.
•
Paediatric Speech Pathologist experience is highly required
