Beth Rivkah Secondary School is seeking a passionate and capable individual to serve as Head of Informal Programs. This is a key leadership role focused on designing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive array of extracurricular and informal educational programs that uphold and enhance the unique spirit and values of Beth Rivkah Secondary. These programs aim to infuse every student—and every facet of the school environment—with a deep and enduring sense of our school values, including mentchlechkeit, Yirat Shamayim, Yiddishkeit, and Chassidishkeit. Through meaningful, engaging, and values-driven experiences beyond the classroom, these initiatives strive to nurture personal growth and leadership, strengthen community bonds, and inspire a lifelong commitment to Torah learning, mitzvot, and chessed.

About the role:

  • Develop and coordinate school-wide extracurricular and informal programs aligned with the school's ethos.
  • Organise special calendar events, camps, programs, Shabbatons, and student-led initiatives.
  • Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and inspiring school environment that promotes strong values and positive student identity.
  • Mentor and empower students through leadership opportunities, involvement in program planning, and active engagement.
  • Manage program logistics, schedules, communications, and budgeting efficiently.

About You:

  • A strong personal commitment to Torah, Yirat Shamayim, and Chassidus.
  • Proven leadership skills, particularly in engaging and empowering young people.
  • Experience in informal or experiential education, youth leadership, or school programming.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a positive, energetic approach to student engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with staff and students.

Yeshivah–Beth Rivkah Schools Limited are committed to the safety and wellbeing of all students. Completion of Child Safety Training and acceptance of the College's Child Safety Code of Conduct are mandatory prior to commencement.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
