About the role

We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic retail sales assistants to join our Edge Clothing store in Epping over the busy Christmas period. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with general retail operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the retail industry and be part of a dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Assisting with the day-to-day retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and cash handling
  • Maintaining a high level of store presentation and cleanliness
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensuring a safe and secure work environment for both customers and colleagues

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail role, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
