About the role

We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic retail sales assistants to join our Edge Clothing store in Melton over the busy Christmas period. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with general retail operations. What you'll be doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Assisting with the day-to-day retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and cash handling
  • Maintaining a high level of store presentation and cleanliness
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and friendly manner
