Overview

PT Assistant Store Manager | BONDS | Epping – This is a part-time position at 28.5 hours/week.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the Bonds Epping Store, part of Hanes Brands Australasia.

Responsibilities
  • You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and empowering customer connections.
  • You've assisted in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
  • Previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store.
  • Managing high stock volumes; you're happy to get your hands dirty when it comes to processing deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience in retail management or assistant management roles.
  • Experience with Visual Merchandising in-store.
  • Ability to manage stock and assist with deliveries.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
