Senior Quality Auditor – Electrical

· Conduct audits on Transmission & Distribution networks assets (overhead and underground) for network compliance and produce accurate audit reports

· Working on a range of Transmission, sub-transmission and distribution overhead/underground projects

· Keep track of works completed & update team leader of work progress on a weekly basis

· Assist team leader with monthly client reporting, setting up of standard operating process and procedures for auditing works

· Manage tasks assigned by team leader which includes

  • Manage client in terms of delivering tasks within agreed time and budget
  • Visit sites where necessary to monitor progress.
  • HSE and Quality audits
  • Achieve client contractual KPIs'

· Ability to rapidly gain trust and work effectively with a range of colleagues and stakeholders to meet audit deadlines

· Attention to detail and ability to think creatively to achieve outcomes

· Ability to work systematically and logically through assigned tasks

· Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures

· Training and mentoring of junior team members, as required

· Other duties as required

· SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Strong understanding of Victoria Transmission & Distribution networks including overhead and underground assets and compliance.

· Experienced Network Auditor of overhead and underground Transmission & Distribution networks

· Sound knowledge in reading and interpretation of electrical design drawing, as built drawings and construction standards

· Excellent interpersonal skill and attention to detail

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook)

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Interpreting information and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
