**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Grow the A/NZ Alliance portfolio footprint
- Creates relationship with the respective stakeholders within our Alliance ecosystem
- Involved in joint strategic planning with A/NZ Alliance ecosystem players providing assistance through templates & business plans
- Accountable for the Alliance ecosystem related impact to Kyndryl
- Accountable for Alliance Governance and an impactive operating rhythm
- Owns and facilitates Quarterly/Annual performance reviews with the external Strategic alliance (QBR) including Alliance Insights Program
- Responsible for enablement of Kyndryl of the Alliance Capabilities & Offerings
- Responsible for reporting on individual alliance to Kyndryl Head of Alliances (A/NZ)
- Works with Practice Leaders, Legal, Risk, Consulting and Marketing across the Alliance ecosystem
- Link to specific global alliance initiatives, where appropriate (includes bringing relevant global to local and pushing local to global)
- Timely escalation of issues and conflicts
- Responsible for the development of joint value propositions and IP Co-sell initiatives

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Must at least have an Undergraduate Degee (management and/or tech would be good)
- Previous experience around 3 years in managing an Alliance
- Previous experience in managing a Microsoft Alliance is preferable
