Responsibilities

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will represent a premium global brand, creating impactful in-store displays and maximising brand presence across retail partners. You will work closely with store teams to enhance product knowledge and sales skills, support seasonal campaigns and promotions, and ensure brand standards are consistently delivered. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to contribute and drive retail excellence, and build strong professional relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and maintain window, cabinet, and in-store displays that reflect brand standards.
  • Support retail staff through product knowledge coaching, training sessions, and sales guidance.
  • Maximise brand visibility with existing retail partners.
  • Assist with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and staff incentive programs.
  • Maintain accurate account profiles and provide timely reporting on sales, displays, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and exceptional service across all retail touchpoints.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate for the Visual Merchandiser position will have previous experience in visual merchandising within premium or luxury retail and a strong eye for detail and brand presentation. You are organised, proactive, and able to work independently while building strong relationships with retail partners. A passion for watched and the ability to coach and influence retail teams will help you drive brand excellence and achieve sales and merchandising goals.

  • Essential: Must have previous experience in a Visual Merchandising role within premium or luxury retail and a driver's license.
  • Ideal: A strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, with the ability to plan and execute impactful displays, maximise brand visibility, coach and motivate retail staff, and support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

We are offering an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for the right candidate. This is a full time position based in Perth CBD.
