What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design process for innovative, user-centered products and services
• Be the go-to UX expert for multiple exciting projects
• Use Design Thinking to drive the creation of seamless, engaging experiences
• Balance research insights, feedback, and your creativity to deliver the best design solutions
• Test and refine designs with real users—advisers, clients, and internal teams
• Influence and collaborate with a cross-functional team, building strong relationships along the way

What You Will Bring

• A passion for UX design with a sharp eye for detail, creativity and a real commitment to your craft
• Experience with enterprise-level design solutions and ideally, exposure to the financial services industry
• Mastery of Figma (or similar design tools) and a deep understanding of design patterns and prototyping
• The ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team while influencing stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills—making the complex simple and the simple brilliant
• A mindset that sees challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation
