Introduction

The Member Support Consultant role aligns with our vision and purpose by addressing member administration queries to achieve positive and timely outcomes. This role offers guidance to members, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive member experience.

We welcome candidates with experience in high-volume, customer-centric administrative roles. Experience in highly regulated industries such as insurance, superannuation, finance, or banking is also highly valued.



Description

As a valued member of the Member Support team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service by resolving member queries with empathy, clarity, and a relationship-focused approach, ensuring outcomes align with legislative and policy requirements.
  • Champion member experience by meeting service level targets and quality standards, while actively identifying opportunities for process and service improvement.
  • Communicate with impact, using well-developed verbal and written skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively, managing caseloads, prioritising tasks, and contributing positively to team performance and culture.
  • Demonstrate resilience and initiative, navigating complex situations with professionalism and a growth mindset.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy, applying a strong understanding of operational systems, policies, and legislation to support members effectively.
  • Drive personal and team success, taking ownership of performance, development, and continuous learning.

Full training will be provided, equipping you with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in the role and deliver outstanding member support.
