The Member Response Consultant role is an integral part of LeavePlus. The successful applicant of this role will be the front line to our member base, providing service, information and education. As part of a team, you will answer inbound calls to achieve positive and timely outcomes, satisfying the needs of our members that comply with relevant legislation, guidelines and business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Determining and explaining eligibility in relation to legislation, guidelines and business policy and procedure.
  • Ensure that members provided correct information.
  • Build effective relationships with Customer Relations team and other teams within the business.
  • Manage your own work ensuring 100% accuracy and quality.
  • Perform a range of day-to-day administrative duties and assist with other duties as required.

  • Qualifications
  • Call/contact centre experience, with a focus on First call resolution.
  • Previous administration experience is a must.
  • Experience in reading, understanding, and interpreting legislation.
  • Experience of working within a team environment and taking direction.
  • A background in finance, insurance, banking, superannuation, or complex administrative processing.
