Individual Support/Health Trainer Opportunity at TESS

TESS Training Employment Support Service has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trainer to join our Maryborough team. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to deliver nationally accredited vocational training in Individual Support and Health sectors.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in Individual Support, Community Services, or Health (minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).

Extensive industry experience in the health or aged care sectors.

Proven ability to deliver engaging training and support students in achieving their learning goals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with students.

Experience in developing training programs and assessments is preferred.

Pay: $31.35 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
