Perth, Western Australia Fremantle Ports Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Fremantle Ports refreshed 2027 Strategic Plan marks an exciting new chapter for one of Australia's most successful ports. Building on decades of expertise, we're setting a bold vision for the future, and we need an experienced, values-driven Senior Data & Integration Specialist to help make it happen.

You'll provide trusted, high-level service to stakeholders developing and implementing new and existing technologies and digital visualization capabilities.  You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver how Fremantle Ports collects, stores, integrates, and represents data across platforms and systems.

If you're passionate about making a difference, love working in a fast-paced environment, and are inspired by the opportunity to contribute to something bigger, this could be the role for you.

Role Highlights

As Senior Data & Integration Specialist, you will coordinate inputs by external service providers and work closely with Fremantle Ports' ITSC colleagues and the user community on the analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment and production support of business and technology solutions.

You won't be doing this alone, you'll join a tight-knit, supportive team who share knowledge and encouragement, working together to drive Fremantle Ports' success.

In this diverse, hands-on role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and system owners to understand data and integration needs and provide expert guidance on technology solutions that support strategic and operational objectives.
  • Design and deliver insightful, repeatable, and actionable reports and dashboards that uncover key business trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to produce high-quality business intelligence outputs. Ensure data is accessible in various formats to support analytical and reporting requirements across the organization.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute data integration and system enhancement projects, including analysis, development, testing, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You bring deep expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines that seamlessly extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into modern storage and analytics platforms. Your strong stakeholder engagement skills enable you to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and deliver impactful data solutions.

You also bring:

  • Proven experience in data and integration analysis across complex, high-stakes projects, with a strong focus on solving real business problems through data-driven approaches.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating high-level concepts into actionable workplans for development and integration teams.
  • Ownership of end-to-end business analysis activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, consistently seeking ways to enhance systems, processes, and outcomes—while embodying our core values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (CARE).
