Roles available:

  • Room Leaders – guide and inspire your team, setting the tone for a warm and engaging classroom.
  • Educators – create meaningful learning experiences and build strong relationships with children and families.
  • Early Childhood Teachers – lead curriculum implementation and mentor your colleagues to deliver excellence.
  • Centre Cook / Chef – prepare nutritious meals that nurture children's wellbeing and reflect our commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience working in a childcare setting
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care and education
  5. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  6. Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  7. A valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
