Role 1: Educational Leader

Hourly Rate: $38.15 – $39.39 (WT 5A.1 to 5.4)

About the Role

  • Lead and embed high-quality pedagogical practice aligned with the EYLF and NQS
  • Mentor and coach educators, supporting reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Partner with the Centre Director on curriculum, compliance, and quality improvement planning
  • Strengthen documentation, assessment, and programming across the service
  • Build strong professional relationships with educators, families, and leadership peers

What You'll Need

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
  • Proven experience in an Educational Leader or senior leadership role
  • Strong working knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and QIP processes
  • Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
  • A collaborative and confident leadership approach

Role 2: Lead Educator

Hourly Rate: $34.51 – $39.24 (WT 4A.1 to 4.3)

About the Role

  • Lead and mentor educators within your room, modelling best practice
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
  • Support programming, documentation and reflective practice
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Work closely with leadership to support quality and compliance

What You'll Need

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
  • Previous experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
  • Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
  • Confidence to mentor and support others

Role 3: Casual Educator

Casual Hourly Rate: $36.96 – $45.51 (including 25% casual loading)

About the Role

  • Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions
  • Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
  • Enjoy flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and teams
  • Bring flexibility, energy, and adaptability to each shift

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to adapt confidently across rooms and age groups
