We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bottle Shop Attendants to join our team across three iconic Stradbroke Island locations. If you're passionate about great service, love chatting about drinks, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you

  • Point Lookout Cellarbrations
  • Dunwich Cellarbrations
  • Stradbroke Island Bottle Shop Cellarbrations

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Provide product knowledge and drink recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Process sales accurately via our POS system (cash, credit, and debit)
  • Ensure all alcohol sales comply with liquor licensing laws and age restrictions
  • Receive and unpack deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of stock
  • Restock shelves and maintain clean, well-presented displays
  • Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the manager
  • Keep the store clean, organised, and safe for staff and customers
  • Ensure all products are correctly priced and labelled
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Set up and maintain promotional displays
  • Share information about current deals and promotions with customers
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be legally allowed to sell alcohol (RSA certificate required)
  • Flexibility to work across different locations and weekends/holidays
