The Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel (SIBH) is preparing to reopen after a major renovation, and we're building a brand-new team across all departments. This is a rare opportunity to shape standards, service, and guest experience from the ground up as the hotel relaunches.

We're seeking hospitality superstars - customer service professionals with energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. By joining our talent pool, you'll be first in line when recruitment formally begins.

We're hiring for a mix of casual, part-time, and full-time roles across the hotel, with opportunities for people who are passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Venue

Perched above the iconic Cylinder Beach, SIBH has always been more than just a pub — it's the island's flagship hospitality precinct. Following extensive renovations, the hotel will feature:

· A refreshed Bistro with expansive indoor and outdoor dining

· Multiple bars and gaming lounge

· Modern function and event facilities

· Guest accommodation

· Three bottle shops across the island

A cornerstone of the local community and a must-visit for holidaymakers, SIBH is set to enter a new era as one of Queensland's most distinctive destinations for dining, entertainment, and coastal escapes.
