The Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel (SIBH) is preparing to reopen after a major renovation, and we’re building a brand-new team across all departments. This is a rare opportunity to shape standards, service, and guest experience from the ground up as the hotel relaunches.

We’re seeking hospitality superstars - customer service professionals with energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. By joining our talent pool, you’ll be first in line when recruitment formally begins.

We’re hiring for a mix of casual, part-time, and full-time roles across the hotel, with opportunities for people who are passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

**About the Venue**

Perched above the iconic Cylinder Beach, SIBH has always been more than just a pub — it’s the island’s flagship hospitality precinct. Following extensive renovations, the hotel will feature:

- A refreshed Bistro with expansive indoor and outdoor dining
- Multiple bars and gaming lounge
- Modern function and event facilities
- Guest accommodation
- Three bottle shops across the island

A cornerstone of the local community and a must-visit for holidaymakers, SIBH is set to enter a new era as one of Queensland’s most distinctive destinations for dining, entertainment, and coastal escapes.
