We're known for delivering reliable haulage solutions with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and integrity. We are now seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our finance and job records accurate and up to date.

The Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the civil transport industry. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Processing driver dockets and reconciling against jobs

  • Data entry and invoicing using Xero

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable

  • Liaising with clients and contractors to ensure accurate records

  • Assisting with weekly payroll and compliance documentation

  • General office admin support as needed

You Will Have:
Previous background in an accounts/admin role (transport or civil industry highly regarded)
Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software
Familiarity with dockets, job tracking, and invoicing procedures
High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team
