The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in:

  • Driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Developing and executing tailored sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver sustainable results

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' business development experience within Australia, with a proven record of success
  • Strong networks and established relationships within your industry sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Highly driven, ambitious, and motivated to exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Hunter mentality with the aspiration to progress into senior or management positions
