Position SummaryReporting to the Education/Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for the development, delivery, and evaluation of the Acute Dementia Change Champion Program. You'll work closely with internal consultants and external stakeholders to ensure the program meets its strategic objectives, contractual obligations, and delivers measurable outcomes. This role requires a strong background in project and contract management, a deep understanding of dementia care, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across the health sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the ADPP across WA hospitals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Develop and deliver educational workshops and resources for dementia care champions.
- Monitor program performance, report outcomes, and manage budgets.
- Promote the program through industry events, networks, and social media.
- Ensure alignment with Alzheimer's WA's values, person-centred philosophy, and strategic goals.
About You
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse qualification (RN or EN).
- Proven experience in project management within the health, aged, or community care sector.
- Strong understanding of dementia care and the needs of people living with dementia.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
