Join our boutique dental practice in Ballarat - Smile Creative - where personalised, high-quality care is our priority.

Dr. Karishma Wijeyesinghe is looking for the right team member to be part of this purpose-built practice that guides patients through their smile transformation journey, focusing on both aesthetics and function.

We know that accessing dental care can be daunting, so we create a safe, welcoming space, provide comprehensive assessments, and keep our patients informed every step of the way.

We are not about high volume patient turnover -we focus on clinical excellence, lasting relationships, and delivering care with compassion.

Role Details

  • Full Time
  • Hrs: Monday – Thursday 8.15am – 5.15pm,  Friday 8.15am – 3.15pm

  • Duties include:

  • Management of patient scheduling

  • Chair-side dental assisting
  • Payments, financial discussions and credit management
  • Phone attendance and follow up of patient enquiries
  • Sterilisation and cleaning
  • General assistance within the team where needed

  • Skills and Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, kind, compassionate, excellent work ethic, team player

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Confident, professional and vibrant
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential
  • High attention to detail, organised and ability to self-manage and prioritise duties
