Creative Services Manager

Job DescriptionAbout the OpportunityKey Responsibilities
- Shape and improve content and creative service delivery models and processes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategy, prioritise work, and manage resources.
- Establish workflows and project systems to ensure timely, efficient project delivery.
- Develop content tools, templates, and guidelines to support consistent brand execution.
- Lead a creative team of designers, writers, and video producers; manage workload and output.
- Champion Griffith University's brand locally and globally, ensuring visual and messaging consistency.
- Advise senior stakeholders on brand and marketing strategy and tactics to enhance impact and alignment.
- Manage budgets, including outsourcing where needed to balance capacity and quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver compelling marketing outputs across multiple channels and audiences..
- Navigate competing priorities, stakeholder needs, and complex projects with strong communication and influence.
- Ensure marketing initiatives meet quality, compliance, and governance standards.
- The occupant of this position will hold relevant postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or extensive relevant experience in marketing or creative agency services preferably within a higher education context.
