Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Car Sales Manager at Gunnedah Automotive, located in Gunnedah, NSW. The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The New Car Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff to ensure optimum performance.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales Processes and Sales
- Knowledge of Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
