The Role

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Site Operator to join our cotton warehousing operations in Goondiwindi. This is a dynamic role that involves working across both warehouse and packing site activities, requiring flexibility and a willingness to move between positions as needed. You'll be part of a collaborative team in a busy, physical workplace where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are valued.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Operator, you'll play an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Your duties will include:

  • Operating forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely
  • Assisting with cotton warehousing and packing site tasks
  • Supporting the flow of day-to-day warehouse activities
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Adapting to different roles within the site as required
