Who do we need?

We are looking for a confident, well-organized Registration Clerk with administrative experience. Familiarity with vehicles, registration processes, or automotive industry experience will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


• Process registrations for new and used vehicles with the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).

• Maintain accurate vehicle registration records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

• Produce transaction summary reports from the RMS.

• Complete all necessary registration documentation and cash disbursements.

• Ensure compliance with NSW Department of Transport regulations.

• Handle data entry, email inquiries, and general administrative tasks.

• Assist with other ad hoc administrative duties when needed.

Requirements:


• Experience in an administrative or clerical role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle pressure.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• A valid Australian driver's license is required for travel to Service NSW.

• Experience with vehicle registration or automotive administration is preferred but not essential
